Harold Blackwell - Fully Customized Solid Brass Medallion with Machined Edges (4 mm Thick)
Fully Customized Laser-Embossed Brass Medallions
Turn your story into solid metal.
Crafted from premium 2.5-inch solid brass medallion blanks (4 mm thick), these pieces provide the weight, durability, and rich gold-toned finish expected of true commemorative work. Brass is widely valued for its strength, corrosion resistance, and classic appearance, making it ideal for long-lasting keepsakes and presentation pieces .
Built for Depth, Detail, and Legacy
Each medallion begins as a precision-machined blank and is transformed through advanced laser embossing into a dimensional work of art. The thickness allows for meaningful depth and relief, giving designs a sculpted, heirloom-quality presence rather than a flat engraving.
Your Vision, Fully Realized
You can come to us with:
- A finished design ready for production
- A concept, sketch, or reference images
- Or simply an idea and a story you want told
Our process is collaborative. We work with you to translate your vision into a technical relief design optimized for brass embossing, ensuring clarity, depth, and durability.
What These Medallions Are Perfect For

- Commemorating milestones and achievements
- Celebrating organizations, fraternities, and legacy groups
- Honoring individuals or historical figures
- Creating one-of-a-kind gifts with personal meaning
- Prototyping designs before full-scale mint production
Medallions larger than traditional challenge coins naturally allow for more detail and storytelling space, making them ideal for meaningful recognition pieces .
Designed for Impact
Every detail is intentional:
- Sculpted portraits with smooth, realistic relief
- Architectural elements, symbols, and typography integrated into a cohesive layout
- Raised and recessed areas engineered for contrast and optional color fill

Small Batch. High Precision. No Compromise.
Unlike mass-produced coins, these medallions are created with a focus on:
- Precision engraving depth control

- Smooth gradients and clean transitions
